Limited eligibility non-ACP regional consortium partner

Institutions from the following non-ACP countries have limited eligibility to apply for funds from the BID programme as part of a regional partnership, provided that they meet other eligibility requirements. Institutions from the following countries are only eligible to apply for up to €10,000 in funding if a) their regional consortium includes at least one partner from Kiribati, Samoa, Timor-Leste, Tuvalu or Vanuatu, and b) they are the consortium's only partner from outside the region.
