Institutions from the following ACP countries in the Caribbean are eligible to apply for funds under the BID programme, provided that they meet other eligibility requirements.

Limited-eligibility non-regional consortium partner

Institutions from the following non-ACP countries have limited eligibility to apply for funds from the BID programme as part of a regional partnership, provided that they meet other eligibility requirements. Institutions from the following countries are only eligible to apply for up to €10,000 in funding if a) their regional consortium includes at least one partner from Guyana or Haiti, and b) they are the consortium's only partner from outside the region.

During the course of the BID programme, the maximum total project funding that any single applicant can receive is €60,000.
